Simon Clark
Simon is Executive Assistant to our Chief Operating Officer, Liz Winder, and Director of People and Culture, Paula Gay.
Simon supports our Chief Operating Officer and Director of People and Culture. Prior to joining the team at Paul Hamlyn Foundation, he managed a Conference Centre with eight meeting spaces and a media suite, before becoming an Executive Assistant supporting various c‑suite directors including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief People Officer, and the Head of Foundation for Shaw Trust, supporting events including the Power 100. He has a passion for improving diversity, equity and inclusion and has volunteered for several organisations and written for publications on the topic. Outside of work he sits on the committee of several community drama societies and has published collections of poetry and short stories.
