Matthew Mannix
Matthew is a Grant Manager for our Youth Fund, having joined the Foundation in 2023.
Matthew joined Paul Hamlyn Foundation in 2023 as a Grants Manager supporting organisations working with and for young people.
He previously worked as a consultant at New Philanthropy Capital, a think tank and consultancy for the social sector. Here he spent three years supporting the Stone Family Foundation to make and manage grants focused on supporting young people experiencing disadvantage and people experiencing mental health issues.
He also helped to evaluate the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport’s Youth Investment Fund and its Coronavirus Community Support Fund. Before this, Matthew worked at London Youth, where he supported London-based youth organisations to develop ways to measure and manage their impact.
Matthew is passionate about using the power of philanthropy to back young people to achieve their potential and shape the world they live in.
