Catherine has been a Grants Manager focusing on education and learning through the arts since joining the Foundation in 2018.

Charlotte joined the Foundation in January 2018 as a Grants Manager. Prior to this, she was a primary school teacher, working in inner-London schools. Her previous experience includes 12 years working in the classical music sector and at Arts Council England. 

Charlotte has a BA in Music from Southampton University, an MA in Arts Policy and Management from Birkbeck University and a PGCE from the Teach First/​Institute of Education.
